Cosmic Drive proposes the question on how the contradictory spheres of fantasy and hard science can be made visible. The work turns towards ostracised and speculative genres – obscure phenomena and a mixture of epidemic peripheries and cores. Hence the scientific and fantastic universe of discourse that neither bemoans nor affirms the loss of humanistic certainties. It localises and exposes the hidden and lost potentialities of the future. Cosmic Drive is the attempt to witness futures that are invariable, already gone though they have not yet arrived.
