Katinka grew up in the countryside of Northern Germany. She studied photography at the Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie in Berlin, where she graduated in 2017. Her work focuses on the epistemological meeting point between fact and fiction. She has a particular interest in the intersection of art and science and the portrayal of its players.
